FEE SCHEDULE

Full Day Mediation/Arbitration

$750.00 per party. This fee is based on a full day mediation/arbitration beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at or near 5:00 p.m. Each party will be charged an additional $150.00 per hour after 5:00 p.m.

Half Day Mediation/Arbitration

$400.00 per party. This fee is based on mediation/arbitration beginning at 8:30 a.m. and concluding at or near 12:30 p.m. Each party will be charged an additional $150.00 per hour after 12:30 p.m.

Payment and Cancellation

Remittance of Fees

It has been our experience that exchanging mediator’s fees at the beginning of the session may be distracting to the parties. Therefore, David L. Hodges requires that all fees be paid at least 7 days prior to the date scheduled for the mediation/arbitration.

Cancellation Policy

If the mediation/arbitration is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled session and not re-scheduled for a later date, the party responsible for the cancellation will be charged its full session fee
